Carolyn Hobbs
SM14-5605-861Carolyn Hobbs,

This workshop has been cancelled.

When we are free from fear and doubt, we are able to experience our true potential. Freedom comes from cultivating the unlimited joy, kindness, compassion, and peace inside our wise heart.

Carolyn Hobbs, a licensed therapist, blends practical tools drawn from Buddhist wisdom, conscious awareness, and body-centered therapy to help us awaken from negative unconscious habits and step into the joy of being fully present, awake, and alive.

She encourages us to experience a powerful shift in our worldview to welcome peace in our lives. Hobbs shares the guiding principles in her book, Free Yourself: 10 Life-Changing Powers of your Wise Heart to help us change our lives through silent meditation, play and movement, inquiry and dialogue, and facing feelings directly. These powers are within each of us and Hobbs gives us the tools we need to access and utilize them to the fullest.

We leave the workshop with a conscious awareness of the core habits, fears, and beliefs standing in the way of our freedom, and learn how to guide ourself away from negative habits and reactions.
