Internal Sunrise

Internal Sunrise is a transformational workshop designed to create a space for deep personal growth through ancient wisdom teachings, alignment with our true colors, and powerful energetic healing processes.

During our time together Keren-or Atari gives initiations and teaches by “downloading” sacred knowledge of various traditions into the conscious and subconscious mind. Through healing practices, mudras, group work, sharing circles, music, dance meditation, writing, and giving and receiving healing, we:

• Explore the secret ways mystics and shamans work with energy to promote healing and shift consciousness
• Learn about chakra alignment, clearing, connection to source, and grounding
• Improve our relationship with our guiding angel and receive his loving wisdom and support
• Recognize and strengthen our own unique gifts that come through our DNA
• Step into our power as we learn to make bold, active, and authentic choices that serve our life purpose
