Description

Do you want to increase resilience and enhance performance, even in high-stress situations? Come experience Mindfulness-Based Mind Fitness Training® (MMFT), a unique mindfulness and stress resilience program with documented benefits in enhancing cognitive, emotional, and physiological functioning under stressful conditions.

Taught to thousands of people in high-stress occupations, MMFT is the first mindfulness-based training program to have its beneficial effects with military populations documented in peer-reviewed scientific journals. Designed for individuals operating in extreme stress environments, MMFT cultivates stress resilience and mindfulness skills with specific body-based awareness and attention exercises to manage the physiological and psychological effects of extreme or prolonged stress in the body and mind.

This workshop led by MMFT creator, Elizabeth A. Stanley, and Erin Treat does not represent the complete Mindfulness-Based Mind Fitness Training® program, but it does provide you with the knowledge and understanding to establish a personal mind fitness practice of your own. It is appropriate for health-care professionals, educators, people in high-stress occupations, and those who want to improve decision making under stress and learn how to integrate resilience skills into their high-stress occupations and daily lives.
