Description

The woods surrounding Omega are filled with magical groves, fun, fantasy, and little newts. The Little Forest People Rangers are looking for boy and girl campers to help them build forts, climb fallen trees, create special water structures in the stream, and cook up a hearty batch of bread-on-a-stick and s’mores. Campers have been known to carry out raids on the grown-ups, then retreat to their forest haven to create woodland sculptures, drum, and have forest rituals. Half the program is spent in the woods; the other half is spent boating, swimming, spotting painted turtles, and exploring the natural (and supernatural) wonders of Omega’s Long Pond Lake.

The Ranger Staff is a team with extensive experience running youth programs that nurture and challenge children in safe environments.
