During the weekend, you learn how to prepare delicious nutrient-dense plant-based raw foods and juices to include in your daily diet, which can dramatically improve your health. You also learn how to choose high-quality foods that will stop unhealthy food addictions. Daily yoga sessions include basic yoga postures that stretch and strengthen your body and relieve back, neck, shoulder, hip, and knee pain.
The simple practices you learn in this workshop are all you need to slow down the aging process and improve your overall health and happiness.
Everyone is welcome, including those working on special health issues such as weight loss, diabetes, cancer, depression, acne, allergies, menopause, arthritis, sleep disorders, autism, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.
