Description

Beneath the layers of our life dramas, our body experiences, and the stuff of our minds lies our original, powerful, untamed being—the wild heart. A relationship with this untamed, vibrant dimension of ourselves is one of the greatest treasures of life.

Harshada Wagner (the Sanskrit word “harshada” means “full of ecstasy, joy, and delight”) guides us in this retreat that is as fun as it is healing, and as restful as it is invigorating. We learn Harshada’s Living Meditation method, a user-friendly, deep-impact approach to meditation and vibrant living, and practice the method in guided meditation sessions, silent practice, interactive discussions, and outdoor walking meditations in the woods.

We also explore samadhi—the state of deep meditative absorption—and learn how we can enjoy samadhi not only during our meditations, but throughout our life. As we learn to cultivate a deep, joyful connection with our wild heart through inner practices, we bring noticeably more contentment and robust engagement to each day.
