Things to Bring:

For the Saturday evening event, the faculty asks that you bring hand held drums, rattles, and/or tambourines if you have them and wear anything that is comfortable, plus any headband, hat, head-dress, shawl, belt, shirt, necklace or whatever makes you feel close to nature or tribal cultures. It is key with Lyme recovery to learn how to reconnect with the earth and nature, even in a safe space indoors or in a courtyard or driveway. Wearing something of nature is an energetic talisman to bring this in.
