Love, Passion & Presence

Love is a basic human need, and every interaction can help support or hinder intimacy. The key to increasing love and passion in your relationship is your ability, as a couple, to bring mindful awareness to all interactions—whether verbal, sexual, playful, or conflictual.
During this couples retreat, you focus on slowing down, letting go of agendas and goals, and discovering how to bring more pleasure and aliveness to your partnership, inside and outside the bedroom.

Through dialogue and safe experiential exercises, you explore old and new ways to listen, touch, move, play, and even look at one another. Guided by the codirectors of the Conscious Relationships Institute, Joel Feldman and Kate Feldman, you experience:

• Dialogue and listening to end power struggles
• The key to a passionate sex life: nondemanding touch
• Gentle partner yoga for relaxed enjoyment of your bodies
• Simple exercises to make touch easy and pleasurable
• How to relax, let go of agendas, and receive love
• Couples meditations on lovingkindness

Couples of any length of commitment, and any sexual orientation, are welcome. This workshop is also appropriate for helping professionals who work with couples.
