“Having the body you want begins with loving the body you have,” says celebrity fitness instructor, Mandy Ingber, author of the New York Times best-selling book, Yogalosophy®: 28 Days to the Ultimate Mind Body Makeover.

This inspirational workshop incorporates Ingber’s signature Yogalosophy hybrid workout, which pairs traditional yoga poses with toning exercises, as well as writing practices, vision boards, intention-setting exercises, and eating guidelines to help us achieve healthier bodies and happier minds.

With her Yogalosophy program, Ingber has helped stars like Jennifer Aniston, Kate Beckinsale, and Helen Hunt sculpt their bodies. But more than that, she has taught them—as she teaches us—how to allow the physical practice of yoga help us draw a parallel between what we want for our bodies and what we want for our lives.

This workshop is perfect for those new to yoga as well as for those with experience who want to transform their minds, their bodies, and their lives.
