We are no longer taking online registrations for this workshop.

When our meridian channels are blocked, we feel stagnant and out of sorts. By opening the pathways that allow prana to flow, we let harmony, lightness, and joy flow through our being; release stored tension; and experience a profound connection with life. As nature's energy streams through us, the heart begins to sing and we become aligned with the universal life force.

Meridian Yoga artfully blends ancient and modern techniques that activate and balance the body's meridian pathways. Through a series of yoga asanas, qigong, breathing exercises, partner work, and therapeutic shiatsu massage, Daniel Orlansky helps us develop a thorough understanding of Meridian Yoga, an ideal and powerful practice for individuals, classes, and private sessions.

In this workshop, we:

  • Learn yoga poses and partner assists for the 14 acupuncture meridians
  • Practice PNF resistance stretching—a modern, safe and effective stretching method
  • Experience Oriental bodywork techniques
  • Discover breathing exercises to activate prana
  • Master simple qigong sequences to open the energy channels
