We are no longer taking online registrations for this workshop.

Our focus creates our reality. Through observing our emotions and liberating insights, we can become more grounded in a wise heart rather than be constantly driven by reactivity.
Pioneers in combining the psychologies of East and West, Tara Bennett-Goleman and Daniel Goleman offer this workshop to help us discover our own unique path to repatterning habits of thinking, feeling, acting, and interacting.

As we learn to make clearer choices, we can free ourselves from such emotional habits like unhealthy aversions and attachments, avoiding emotional connection, anxious relationship preoccupations, entitled control, or passive surrender.

Through talks, mindfulness meditation, group discussions, and question-and-answer sessions, we come to find that this gentle path of awakening offers a new lens on transforming our emotional patterns and our everyday ways of being. On Friday night, Daniel Goleman will discuss key concepts from his new book, Focus, which will be woven throughout the rest of the weekend workshop.

Anyone interested in learning about attention and emotional freedom, as well as mental health professionals who want to incorporate these skills into their practices, is invited.
