This workshop has been cancelled.

Life is full of joy, but it is often marred by feelings of anxiety, depression, and being overwhelmed by the many intricacies you deal with every day. In this workshop, you learn effective ways to reconnect with the joyful possibilities in your life.

In this workshop, Henry Emmons and members of the Partners in Resilience team teach you to integrate movement, nutrition, and natural therapies with the psychology and practice of mindfulness to restore your natural resilience. They guide you through the “9 Pathways to Joy” to help you:

  • Nurture your body with healthy nutrition
  • Balance your brain chemistry with nutritional supplementation
  • Flow with the cycles of the natural world and your body
  • Settle your mind through meditation and mindful living
  • Open to the most difficult of emotions
  • Know your particular vulnerabilities and develop confidence
  • Transform shame and self-rejection into self-acceptance
  • Develop the healing power of connection in your life
  • Deepen your connection to your most authentic self
