This training consists of five weekends, plus a final 5-day intensive. Tuition includes the Pranotthan Yoga training manual and all sessions. Accommodations package is additional. Payment plans are not available. Enrollment is by application only and requires a $25 nonrefundable application fee (payable to Omega). Applicants must have at least one year of a regular yoga practice in order to apply and must attend all six parts of the training. Refunds are not available once the training begins.

There are two main books we will be using for the Hatha Yoga portion of our program:
