Recommended Reading

The following books are recommended for participants of the Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Training. You do not need to read these books before the training course or bring them with you. But since they will elaborate on some of the topics to be studied, the following books can provide a good background, as well as a resource for you after graduation. All listed books are available from jivamuktiyoga.com/boutique. Call 212.353.0214, ext. 0, for more information.

Also, if English is not your native language, it is recommended that you bring a basic anatomy text in your native language.
