Radical Aliveness

Created by Ann Bradney, the Radical Aliveness approach to personal growth and spiritual development engages you in a unique group process that welcomes powerful feelings and dynamic group interactions. It encourages and supports you to be open to all of your feelings, feel connected to your strength and your truth, and be unafraid to know anything about yourself.

In this workshop, you engage in body-based Core Energetics™ techniques, a healing modality using physical expressive techniques for emotional release and psychological process work. As you do this, you uncover the power and goodness at the source of your most destructive patterns, and evolve into your most authentic, open, and creative self. You come to relate to yourself and others in radically alive ways, and see who you are when you hold nothing back and engage more fully—and more responsibly—with the world around you.

This workshop is appropriate for both nonprofessionals and helping professionals.
