We are no longer taking online registrations for this workshop.

Throw out your pre-conceived notions of what “music” is and open yourself to the limitless possibilities of what Cyro Baptista calls “orchestrating the environment.”

Baptista and Brian Marsella, both musical virtuosos, guide you through the various rhythms of Brazil, and the world, in this hands-on workshop. Starting with basic rhythms and moving into more complex patterns, you develop your perception and musical intuition.

Baptista’s approach encourages you to push the boundaries of what you believe is possible rhythmically as you invent your own instruments and tune in to the sounds in your everyday life.

Through improvisation, you develop confidence and push the boundaries, both in music and in life. Learn, sweat, see, and hear the world differently, while having a great time!
