Description

This workshop has been cancelled.

You make it, so you can break it.

That’s what Paul Huljich has to say about stress. And he should know. He pioneered an organic foods corporation whose value grew to more than $100 million. Then in 1998, he experienced a nervous breakdown as a result of years of unchecked stress and lost his rights as a citizen by being made a ward of the state.

Aided by exhaustive research, Huljich overcame his condition and achieved a healthy, positive life by developing his own nine-step overall wellness plan, which he now offers in this stress management workshop.

Learn about the physical and psychological impacts of stress, how to recognize your personal stress symptoms, and how to overcome them and be in a state of contentment and wellness. Discover specific techniques to fortify and empower yourself, including how to manage your stress with exercise, rest, nutrition (including eating good mood foods), breathing exercises, and meditation.

This stress management workshop is perfect for anyone suffering from stress and for health professionals who want to learn how to use stress management techniques in their practices.
