We are no longer taking online registrations for this workshop.

In the intimate setting of this workshop, we are asked to think only of ourselves (for a change), understand our strengths, honor the transitions we have navigated, and begin the process of planning our future, our second journey.

Beginning with the opening circle, we welcome each other and celebrate the fact that we are seeing the worth and importance of our lives. Then, using Joan Anderson’s “six Rs” as a framework—retreat, retrieve, repair, regroup, regenerate, renew—we are able to rise above our sometime mundane existence to a place where we can discover our true worth and individual purpose.

Anderson is an apt guide on this journey. “Ever since I can remember I have been curious—asking questions, trying to figure out life’s meaning—all in an effort to live fully and get it right,” says Anderson, whose first of five books, A Year By the Sea, recounts her year of living on her own on Cape Cod, Massachusetts.

This workshop invites all women to identify their strengths, connect with their bodies, and weave their life cycles, all to continue their journey and embrace what’s to come.
