Description

This workshop has been cancelled.

Writing is a powerful way to access the recesses of your mind and free yourself of thoughts and memories that are holding you back. If events in your past still make you emotional, your future seems unclear, or you just need some internal validation and encouragement, you may find release and direction through a process of therapeutic writing called Self Authoring.

Scientists have proven that certain forms of personal writing can make you healthier, less anxious, and more effective and directed in your personal and professional lives. In this interactive workshop, Jordan B. Peterson, cocreator of the Self Authoring process, guides you through such writing, and helps you explore and carefully articulate sources of uncertainty and threat—past, present, and future.

Peterson also provides the context you need to evaluate your life. Through his expertise, you explore extensive background information on the nature of personality, and on the deep mythological stories that describe human destiny.

Using scientific and philosophical concepts, you better understand and settle your past, and unlock the path to your unique future.
