This workshop has been cancelled.

When you’re single and searching, you get plenty of feedback about why you haven’t yet found a partner, from “you’re too picky” to “you’re too desperate.”

While well-intentioned, this advice can often cloud your judgment, alienate yourself from your own instincts, and just make you feel bad.

In this workshop for women only, singles learn how to cut out the chatter and connect with their own intuition about who and what is right for them.

Through guided meditation, writing exercises, and group discussions, we examine the disempowering cultural myths that have single women doubting themselves, focus on cultivating self-compassion rather than self-esteem, and find strategies for relaxing and finding happiness in a messy, complicated, and couple-centric world.

We also explore the unique benefits and opportunities for personal growth that the single life offers.
