Spring is a time of rebirth, joy, and expansiveness. It is a time to actualize any intentions, revelations, or commitments made during your winter hibernation. The key to successfully balancing this transition is to release any unhealthy habits established during winter through cleansing foods, personal inquiry, and conscious action.
The first five days of this program are an invitation to cleanse and purify your multidimensional self. At the core of this experience is the notion that “food is thy medicine,” and everyone is uniquely qualified to be his or her own health guide.
The program concludes with a weekend cooking workshop (description at right) so you can bring new and nourishing recipes home with you.
This transformative cleanse also includes movement exercises, Kundalini and inter-disciplinary yoga, qigong, ecstatic dance, discussions on nutrition and healthy cooking strategies, yogic herbal therapy, and mindful eating practices.
