Are you ready to take a leap to achieve your vision for yourself, your community, and the world?

This highly interactive workshop explores what it means to get “comfortably uncomfortable.” Combining an immersive “Visioning Lab” with the art of trapeze, you examine the feelings and thoughts that stop you from leading with your full potential and develop the courage to lead from the edge.

In a laboratory-style environment you refine a personal vision statement and work with the group to confront your fears. You experience “flying” as a self-awareness tool that expands refection, inspires confidence and empowerment, and accelerates progress. You also use strategy, organizational design, mind-body connection, and improv theater to create a specific road map to enact your unique purpose.
