Alan Finger, a South African tantric and Kriya Yoga master, is cofounder (with his father Mani Finger) of the Integrated Science of Hatha, Tantra, and Ayurveda (ISHTA) Yoga. The ISHTA style integrates breath-based flow yoga with alignment, meditation, and healing bodywork.

Finger travels the world to share his teachings, and currently lives and teaches in New York City where he coowns ISHTA Yoga with his wife, Sarah Finger.
