Amy Weintraub, MFA, E-RYT 500, author of Yoga for Depression and Yoga Skills in Psychotherapy: No Mat Required, is a senior Kripalu Yoga teacher and founding director of the LifeForce Yoga Healing Institute. A known leader in the field of yoga and mental health, she offers professional certification trainings in LifeForce Yoga® for Mood Management and is trained in Internal Family Systems, an integral part of her yoga therapy practice.
Weintraub speaks at medical and psychological conferences and leads workshops and professional trainings internationally.
