Carmen Curtis, owner of The Aerial Studio, founder of AIReal Yoga™, and cofounder of AIRealistic, is a national team champion gymnast, professional aerialist, and Cirque performer. She studied fitness and nutrition, then turned to yoga to help heal her body from life as a professional athlete and aerial artist. A certified yoga teacher specializing in hatha yoga, aerial yoga, and prenatal yoga, she offers workshops and teacher trainings in AIReal Yoga, aerial dance, and holistic nutrition.
Performer and dance captain in “De La Guarda” and “Le Reve,” she worked for Cirque Du Soliel, LA Philharmonics, MTV, China Olympics, Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus, and more. A national team champion gymnast from UCLA, she is a professional aerialist, choreographer, harness specialist, yogi, and fitness expert. A passionate teacher and community leader, she offers workshops and teacher trainings in AIReal Yoga, aerial dance, and holistic nutrition.
