Colin Tipping

Colin Tipping is creator and author of Radical Forgiveness: A Revolutionary Five Stage Process and a series of other books and audio and online programs based on the practice of Radical Forgiveness, a method he teaches around the world. With his wife, JoAnn Tipping, he is also cofounder of the Georgia Cancer Help Program and Together We Heal, Inc.

Born and educated in England, Tipping taught at London University before moving to the United States in 1984. He is an ordained interfaith minister with the Universal Brotherhood Movement, Inc., and a licensed hypnotherapist. Now a popular workshop and retreat leader and keynote speaker, Tipping has been lauded by Caroline Myss, Gregg Braden, Neale Donald Walsch, and John Bradsaw.

Radical Forgiveness is founded on the idea that there is a divine purpose and plan to all of life; everything that occurs, Tipping says, does not happen to us but for us. At the spiritual level, he adds, there is nothing to forgive. Radical Forgiveness teaches people how to transform difficult—and harmful—emotions such as anger, resentment, guilt, and fear.
