Eliza Reynolds is a workshop leader, speaker, blogger, and “professional big sister” who leads Mothering & Daughtering workshops with her mom, Sil Reynolds. Together they are coauthors of the book, Mothering & Daughtering: Keeping the Bond Strong Through the Teen Years, which is inspired by their popular workshops.

She is a certified teen mediator and SOS-trained counselor by Planned Parenthood, a former teacher with the Wayfinder Experience, and a graduate of Brown University, where she studied gender, psychology, political science, religion, and dance. She is working on her second book, examining the cause and cure for the teen girl body image epidemic.
