Eliza Reynolds is a 22-year-old workshop leader, speaker, blogger, and “professional big sister” who leads Mothering & Daughtering workshops with her mom, Sil Reynolds. Together they are coauthors of the book, Mothering & Daughtering: Keeping the Bond Strong Through the Teen Years, which is inspired by their popular workshops.
A student at Brown University, where she studies gender, psychology, political science, religion, and dance, Eliza Reynolds is also the cofounder and codirector with Josh Smith of Teen Rising, a workshop for teens that explores the values of authenticity, community, creative self-expression, and the balance of masculine and feminine in each individual.
A certified teen mediator and SOS-trained counselor by Planned Parenthood, she previously taught with the Wayfinder Experience. She is currently at work on her second book, examining the cause and cure for the teen girl body image epidemic.
