Titanya Dahlin is considered a “story dancer”—a storyteller and a Middle Eastern dancer who uses ancient movement and stories to connect her audiences to women's history. She has been teaching and performing belly dance and Polynesian dance for 30 years.

She has performed her one-woman shows, Scheherazade: The Veil Behind the Blade and The Transcendance of Inanna, to international audiences. With a background in jazz, ballet, African, Flamenco, ballroom, and Polynesian dance, she creates a special flair that is all her own.

Titanya Dahlin also has researched the spiritual connections to movement as a healing force and uses a holistic approach in her teachings. She has been incorporating the Chinese Five Element system into her belly dance workshops since 1996.

“My intent is to help women of any age remember the power within them,” says Titanya Dahlin, “as well as express their joys through movement while staying empowered and healthy throughout their lives.”

As an award-winning speaker and actress, Waldorf teacher, and artist, Titanya Dahlin brings a unique radiant joy to her classes, guiding her students to discover their own femininity and divine energy.

The movement coordinator for the Eden Energy Medicine Certification Program, Titanya Dahlin is also the creator of Energy Medicine Dance, a form of movement based on the healing work of her mother Donna Eden.
