5Rhythms is a way to practice mindfulness through movement. Through the 5 rhythms explored in the dance—flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical, and stillness—you learn to anchor yourself in your breath, body sensations, and sound to ground yourself in the present moment.
The dance reveals your individuality and gives you access to your creative potential. As your unique expression shines through, you discover skills to apply to everyday life and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you.
