What is genuine health? How do we attain it in this busy and less-than-healthy world? In this dynamic workshop, we develop a better understanding of our health goals and how to realistically achieve them.

Michael Finkelstein, author of 77 Questions for Skillful Living: A New Path to Extraordinary Health, encourages us to ask better questions about our health in a broader context in order to create a healthier lifestyle. Dr. Finkelstein shares his decades of experience in traditional and holistic medicine to help us:

  • Learn the essential pieces that lead to a healthy, happy, and productive life
  • Understand the many benefits of skillful living
  • Create a reality where we live a healthy life 
  • Develop an individualized blueprint for the next phase of life
  • Reorganize our schedules and priorities to be more consistent with a healthier path

Michael Finkelstein

Michael Finkelstein, MD, is an expert in holistic, skillful living. He has gained acclaim for his pioneering approach to integrative medicine since beginning his private practice more than 20 years ago.
