The Gabriel Method is a holistic, mind-body approach to weight loss that focuses on addressing and eliminating the root causes of obesity.

Stress, emotional issues, inflammation, poor digestion, toxins, dysfunctional beliefs, nutritional famine, and chronic yo-yo dieting can all cause chemical reactions in the body that can force you to gain weight. By systematically addressing the specific triggers that apply to you, you can reverse this chemistry and regain the ability to lose weight simply and naturally.

When you address the real issues of weight gain, then weight loss is no longer a struggle; you’re losing weight, but you’re not dieting. You’re simply less hungry, you crave healthier foods, your metabolism speeds up, and you become very efficient at burning fat. Your body actually helps you lose weight.

Through lectures, group discussions, and experiential exercises, we dive deep into The Gabriel Method principles and examine each of the core triggers that cause weight gain, and help you create a balanced and sustainable approach to weight loss that focuses on nourishing and healing your body, mind, and soul.

Four guest speakers will join Jon Gabriel for brief sessions during the week, including Jena LaFlamme, Carol Look, Emily Fletcher, and Heather Fleming.
