Description

Developed by Brandon Bays and used by more than one million people worldwide, the Journey® method is an internationally acclaimed healing and transformation process. In this workshop, Sharon Sedgwick brings us the latest Journey techniques as shared by Brandon Bays to awaken our infinite human potential and incorporate this transformational healing into daily life.

Through innovative exercises, meditation sessions, engaging group interactions, and one-on-one process work, we tap into our body’s infinite wisdom to facilitate profound transformation. During the weekend, we:

  • Learn the Emotional Journey Process
  • Clear long-standing unhealthy emotional issues
  • Find clarity and gain answers to our deepest questions
  • Access our own inner wisdom for insight and healing

We also deepen our experience through additional process work, including the Physical Journey Process, which clears the negative patterns stored in our cells to encourage cellular healing. We return home feeling clearer, lighter, more liberated, and more connected to the deepest parts of ourself.

Everyone is welcome. Using the Journey method, anyone can achieve extraordinary results in mind, body, and spirit.
