The Mindfulness Code

June 22, 2014 – June 27, 2014

This workshop has been cancelled.

Mindfulness has entered our mainstream culture, yet there is often a lack of clarity about what it means. Terry Fralich and Donald Altman have developed a unique approach to mindfulness, taught to thousands nationwide, that offers a clear understanding of what mindfulness is and how it can transform negative emotions and cultivate more confidence, joy, and love.

Combining mindfulness approaches in Fralich’s new book, The Five Core Skills of Mindfulness, and Altman’s book, The Mindfulness Code, this workshop includes lecture, discussion, meditation sessions, and training in specific meditation techniques that enable us to better manage stress and cultivate more balance. We also learn how the latest advances in neuroscience confirm that mindfulness practice changes the brain and transforms old, unhealthy reactions.

We leave refreshed and re-energized, and with a clear understanding of how mindfulness can lead to a more stable happiness in challenging times.
