The Nalini Method is based on the premise that when you are physically healthy, you have the energy to clear and manage your mind. And, with a healthy mind, you have the ability to listen to your heart, understand and articulate your strengths, and cultivate the desire to follow your dreams. Ultimately, with a healthy body, mind, and heart, you can better navigate life and create a happier and more productive future.
This Nalini Method workshop fuses yoga, Pilates, and strength and resistance training. But it offers more than just a physical workout.

Nalini Method founder, Rupa Mehta, also teaches you how to establish an emotional workout.

“Emotional weight can be just as alarming and detrimental as unhealthy physical weight,” Mehta notes.

Guided by Mehta, you explore how the “weight of words” can weigh you down.  And you learn how to increase your intake of words that are positive and resonate with potential for your body, mind, and heart.
