The world today is calling us to “walk our talk.” This can be challenging to do, but it’s possible with the skills offered by Joe Weston, author of Mastering Respectful Confrontation.

Respectful confrontation makes it possible to stand in your power, speak your truth, hear the truth of others, and get your needs met in a way that will not harm you or others. Walking through the world with an empowered heart brings you personal freedom, fulfillment, purpose, and has a beneficial impact on others.

The combination of theory, dynamic exercises, martial arts principles, and applicable life tools offered in this workshop can bring about a shift in your behavior; deeper insights into yourself; and an ease with tackling challenging situations with integrity, understanding, inner peace, and enhanced intimacy.

This is the path of the heartwalker, and you can bring these skills into any realm of your life—at work, in your community, and in your relationships with family members, friends, and intimate partners.
