Description

The shamanic journey is the inner art of traveling to “invisible worlds” beyond ordinary reality to work with helping spirits and retrieve information for change in any area of your life, from spirituality and health, to work and relationships.

Sandra Ingerman is a renowned teacher of shamanism recognized for bridging the ancient practice of shamanism into the Western world to assist with the challenges of our times. She is also a licensed therapist, a professional mental health counselor, and a board certified expert on traumatic stress, as well as certified in acute traumatic stress management. In this workshop, Ingerman taps her wisdom and skills to lead you safely into the experience of the shamanic journey.

During the week you learn exercises to help you work and live in partnership with the spirits of nature, live a life filled with meaning and passion, work with dreams, and transform your problematic thoughts and attitudes that you deal with throughout the day.

Bring a drum and/or rattle if you have one, a bandana or scarf to put over your eyes to block out the light during a shamanic journey, a blanket to lie on, and a notebook and pen.
