About Omega Teen Camp

Omega Teen Camp is an exciting summer program designed to provide teenagers, ages 13–17, with dynamic experiences to strengthen self-esteem, develop lasting friendships, and gain tools to successfully navigate the increasingly complex process of coming of age.
Under the guidance of more than 60 talented and compassionate counselors, Omega Teen Camp offers over 50 activities to choose from, including art, music, dance, sports, cooking, photography, wilderness exploration, poetry, and more. Unlike other teen summer camps, Omega Teen Camp also includes unique and powerful experiences, such as sharing circles, meditation, yoga, and martial arts, to foster self-exploration and self-acceptance.
Located on 450 beautiful acres in Holmes, New York, our camp is reminiscent of traditional teen summer camps and includes a large swimming pool with diving board, boating lake, 50-foot climbing wall, high ropes course, sports fields, and hiking trails. Just 90 minutes north of New York City, the camp is easily accessible and attended by campers from all over the world.
Omega Teen Camp, a nonprofit organization, is operated by Omega Institute for Holistic Studies, in Rhinebeck, New York. Founded in 1977, Omega, is the nation’s most trusted source for wellness and personal growth.
