Meals are always a favorite time of day at camp and we offer a healthy alternative to traditional summer camp food. Most of our chefs come from the Omega Institute, which is famous for its healthy vegetarian cuisine.
Teens can eat as much as they want at Omega Teen Camp meals. All meals are served buffet style with many different choices and selections. Our summer camp food always includes fabulous salads, great vegetarian or vegan dishes, and occasionally free-range organic chicken and beef. Of course, we always have an ample supply of fresh bread with peanut butter and jelly on hand as an alternative. In the afternoon, we often have snacks of fruit, cookies, and juice.
We try to accommodate special dietary requests. Teens following gluten-free and dairy-free diets will find ample options. Please note that we do serve peanuts.
