Welcome to a typical day at Omega Teen Camp! Each day includes morning yoga and meditation, plus your chance to choose from more than 50 teen summer camp activities.

7:30 a.m.–8:30 a.m. Wake up & Optional Morning Yoga and Meditation at the Yoga/Dance Space
8:30 a.m.–9:15 a.m. Breakfast
9:15 a.m.–9:30 a.m. Morning Announcements on the Dining Hall Lawn
9:30 a.m.–10:45 a.m. 1st Activity Period
10:55 a.m.–12:10 p.m. 2nd Activity Period
12:10 p.m.–1:00 p.m. Lunch
1:00 p.m.–2:00 p.m. Rest Hour
2:05 p.m.-3:20 p.m. 3rd Activity Period
3:30 p.m.-4:45 p.m. 4th Activity Period
4:45 p.m.–6:00 p.m Pod Time
4:30 p.m.–6:00 p.m 4th Activity Period
6:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m. Dinner
7:00 p.m.–8:30 p.m.

Community Chill Time ; Entire camp gathers to socialize, play sports, work on art projects, and have fun.
