Do you feel like you have too much to do and not enough time to do it? Is your home or work space crowded by excess stuff or unfinished projects? Have you forgotten what you’re most passionate about, or do you find yourself stuck in a pattern of habitual mental and emotional grasping?
The path to liberation often begins by taking stock of what is essential in life. This weekend is designed for anyone who feels stuck or overwhelmed by daily life, and is looking for a way to regain balance and clarity by transforming their relationship with material, mental, and emotional clutter.
Compassionate and focused, this “decluttering boot camp” uses core value exercises, meditation, and group discussions to uncover your story about yourself and your material things so you can break free of the hold that story has over your life.
Simple, practical skills and mindfulness techniques become potent tools to eliminate clutter and distraction and reconnect you with your heart. Discover again what matters, and how to make real and lasting change for a freer, more spacious, and happier life.
The Children's Program is generally available during standard workshop hours only. Contact Omega registration at 800.944.1001 for details.
