We are no longer taking online registrations for this workshop.

Experience the beauty of yogic massage through the Jivaka Sequence.

A communal style of massage that can be used with family and friends, as well as professionally, Vedic Thai Yoga Bodywork encourages the giver and the receiver to work together to bring renewed energy to the mind and body.

During this workshop, Mukti Michael Buck teaches the fundamentals of the 2-hour Jivaka Sequence, a choreographed series of postures that address all parts of the body. Through precise and simple body manipulations that encourage stretching, the Jivaka Sequence releases imbalances and stimulates energetic flow within the body by accessing various energy centers, including marma points, chakras, and nadis.

Through hands-on practice, you learn how to apply transitions and postural assessments with the correct intensity required to reach the body’s optimal position. Meditation and breathing practices enhance the experience.

You are also introduced to the fundamental theory and philosophy of the Jivaka Sequence through readings and personal testimonials.
