We are no longer taking online registrations for this workshop.

This meditation retreat with emerging teacher David Harshada Wagner is unlike anything you can imagine.

Meditation is a key practice in this retreat, but the week is really more about personal transformation. Meditation is taught as one tool of several that can help you to be happier and freer in your daily life. The retreat also includes deep conversations about your life’s deep purpose, your inner obstacles, and visions for awakened living.

There are also active meditations, like walking in the woods and swimming in the lake, with your senses and awareness fully open. Wagner believes you can have both a wild heart and quiet mind, and in this retreat you learn how to tap into both.

The Sanskrit word “harshada” means “full of ecstasy, joy, and delight,” and Wagner guides you in a retreat that is as fun as it is healing, as restful as it is invigorating, as steeped in ancient wisdom from the East as it is infused with contemporary teachings from the West.

Anyone who is sincere about transforming themselves and walking an authentic spiritual path is invited; no meditation experience is necessary.
