Description

Over the ages shamans have cultivated a heightened awareness of their own energy and the skills to heal themselves and others. As a daily practice, the shaman uses these skills to transform and balance the light and dark forces in life.

In this workshop with Christina Pratt, you learn these secret shamanic techniques to cultivate and contain your energy, and to recover and protect your soul. You learn to transform energies that impact your life from crises into blessings.

Through presentations, experiential exercises, and shamanic journeying you:

  • Track your energy to find out who is taking it and why you can’t hold on to it
  • Heal the past, not only mentally and emotionally, but also physically and spiritually
  • Release addictive patterns and chronic fears
  • Bring the sacred to all aspects of life

Beginners are welcome. Advanced students of shamanism learn techniques to develop integrity and impeccability in their practices that are not offered elsewhere.
