For most women, life is a “weighting game.” The burden of weight is borne physically and mentally. The game is not easy and is often lost time and time again.

This workshop offers women a strategy for achieving an optimal balance of mind and body fitness. Women’s health expert and author of The Hunger Fix, Pamela Peeke, presents a unique science-based holistic blueprint that integrates the three pillars of mind (mental and spiritual), mouth (nutritional), and muscle (physical).

She offers practical tips, tools, and techniques based on The Hunger Fix, as well as her other books, that are specific to a woman’s mind and body. Through talks, sharing, and experiential exercises, you:

  • Explore strategies for controlling belly fat
  • Learn the most effective 10- to 20-minute exercise break
  • Experience group “walk and talk” hikes
  • Find out about mindful eating exercises

You leave the workshop with an individualized plan for achieving your best body composition; an offer for one personalized post-workshop follow-up; and access to group conference calls.
