Experts at teaching grown-ups how to re-embrace the sensations of play and adventure with structure and safety, the YogaSlackers are known for a series of physically exhilarating activities that redefine balance and instill a sense of fun and confidence in taking your yoga practice off the mat.

With their signature slackline series, AcroYoga, climbing, trail running, daily yoga, and more, the YogaSlackers offer high adventure and a transformative experience. This adventure camp connects you to your practice, working with others, and being outdoors, encouraging you to use the deep mind-body awareness cultivated in daily yoga practice to conquer new physical challenges and gain a renewed confidence for living your life to the fullest.

More Information

Yoga Adventure Camp for Grown-Ups is physically rigorous. Students are encouraged to push limits while working at levels appropriate to their abilities. Six months of yoga experience is encouraged.

Things to Bring:

All climbing gear will be provided; bring your own shoes, harness, and helmet if you have them. Hiking shoes, clothes that can get dirty (for rock climbing), rain gear, and bathing suits are recommended.
