With articles like Time magazine’s “The Me Me Me Generation,” and concern in the media about the rise of narcissistic personality disorder, it would seem that we have enough self-esteem in this world. And yet, is this really healthy self-esteem? Are we able to truly love who we are and be happy, without the need for external approval from our peers, loved ones, or the number of “likes” on our Facebook posts?

Are we able to affirm our strengths, while accepting our vulnerabilities without guilt or shame?

In this empowering yoga retreat, Amy Ippoliti guides you through yoga philosophy and a full spectrum of fun and healing yoga poses designed to help you stand tall with self-confidence, while remaining humble and connected to others.

Through discussion and contemplation you:

  • Renew your courage
  • Find a more positive focus and purpose
  • Learn how to celebrate your successes
  • Love yourself without outside validation
  • Build a stronger relationship with your body
  • Start living life with more zest and freedom
