Participants at Omega enjoy three fresh, seasonal meals each day. Daily classes in yoga, meditation, and tai chi. Lakeside time, forested trails, and quiet spaces lie the Sanctuary and Ram Dass Library. Since 1977, Omega has helped people reconnect—with themselves, one another, and the earth. Our living classroom is a place to restore, learn, and reconnect with what matters most.
