How We Live Is How We Die

Our task, in life and death, is to realize we always have a choice. We can fall asleep into unawareness and stay stuck, or we can wake up.

We invite you to watch as Omega gathered in community with beloved Buddhist teacher and best-selling author Pema Chödrön to honor the publication of her new book, How We Live Is How We Die.

In this exclusive 1-hour event with Robert "Skip" Backus, Omega CEO Emeritus, Pema shared her teachings about working with the flow of life—learning to live with ease, joy, and compassion through uncertainty, embracing new beginnings—and ultimately preparing for death with curiosity and openness rather than fear.

This event, available to you on demand at no cost only through July 14, is a rare opportunity to experience one of today’s most prominent Buddhist teachers, known for her insightful, down-to-earth teachings of Tibetan Buddhism for Western audiences.
