At a Glance

Our Juno Women’s Leadership Residency is a self-led, individual retreat for those who identify as women. Our residents span all ages and backgrounds, across leadership and life stages, and have made a commitment to being of service in their communities. They possess an interest in using a holistic and integrated approach to personal and social change as the foundation for their leadership.

Date Range: June 9 – October 25, 2024

Brief Description: The OWLC has created the Juno Women’s Leadership Residency to support the resident’s overall well-being and nourish the inspiration essential for effective leadership. During this immersive retreat, Juno residents have a unique opportunity to take the time for rejuvenating body, mind, heart, and spirit. Recipients are in residence in our special Juno Cottage, with full accommodations, meals, and amenities, for five nights or two nights from May through October.

Application Deadline: We will begin accepting applications in February 2024. Applications are accepted and assessed on a rolling basis in the order received until all residency spaces are full. Since there are a limited number of residencies, we encourage you to apply early.

Notification: You will be notified within no more than 6 weeks of receiving your application. Retreat offers will be made on a rolling basis.

FAQ

How do you decide who is selected for a residency?

Residencies are offered based on an assessment of your application. We take into account your intentions for the retreat, the potential impact the residency will have on your leadership, your leadership stage and professional background, and your responses to the narrative questions.

How will I know I have been accepted for a residency?

Submitting a residency application does not mean you will be offered a residency. If you are selected, you will receive an email offering you residency dates.

If I am not selected for a residency, is there any chance I could get one later?

If you are not offered a residency, you may be placed on a waiting list. If someone cancels a residency, we reconsider people on the waiting list. If you do not receive a residency in the year you apply, you may re-apply for a residency in a subsequent year.

What if I still have questions?
