Juno Women's Leadership Residency
We offer weekend and 5-day self- guided residencies to women making a difference in the lives of women and girls at our Juno Cottage on Omega's Rhinebeck campus.
Named for Juno, the Roman queen of the gods, our residency honors the goddess of genius, a guardian spirit and guiding light of prosperity. An iconic woman-citizen and empowered patron in politics, finances, partnership, and motherhood, Juno is an archetype of power, strength, and clarity. She inspires us to maintain our integrity as we claim a leadership that is fair and protective in spirit and creative, bold, and wise in action.
Recipients are invited for a residency on the Omega campus for three days during the week or over a weekend. Accommodations in our special Juno Cottage include a bedroom suite, living room, kitchenette, work space, and sitting porch. The cottage is air conditioned and has Wi-Fi. The residency also includes all meals prepared in our mostly vegetarian dining hall.
During their stay, Juno Cottage residents will have full access to the following Omega campus amenities: the meditation Sanctuary, the Ram Dass Library, the Wellness Center, the Omega Café and Store, a sauna, lake swimming and boating, gardens, hiking trails, and tennis and basketball courts. Residents are also welcome to attend Omega’s daily open classes in tai chi, yoga, meditation, or movement.
